Our practice heals the back. On this Workshop we will see how it does this, which poses to concentrate on as well as how to modify the poses for people suffering back pain.
This course is structured around two normal 5-Day Courses, taught by Master Yoga Teacher Sharat Arora, with emphasis on healing the back. In the afternoon sessions specific postures will be taught for lower, middle and upper back, as well as instruction on how to sit straight and comfortably and how to relax to alleviate tension of the back and body in general.
Students will follow one Introductory 5-Day Course, enjoy two days break and then continue for a further ‘Returning Students’ 5-Day Course. Both weeks will have a special 1-hour session in the afternoons.
This course takes place at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre in Arambol, North Goa.
