Yoga Asanas Sequence for Menstruation, Pregnancy, Menopause and Post-Menopause
Why Yoga for Women Special Yoga Classes?
A woman’s body has its own rhythm, the monthly cycle and phases of her life, and those are clearly experienced through and in the body. In these special yoga for women classes, the students will learn what and how to practise according to the changing needs of the body and hormones using the principles taught on the 5-Day Course.
The group is intimate and the teacher will give practitioners the chance to share their experiences, ask questions and to learn together how to relax and tune into their feminine rhythms.
Is this class only for menstruating women or women of menstruating age?
