Refund Policy
The deposit for the course is non-refundable but can be transferred to another HIYC Yoga course within one year from the original course’s end date. The full course fee is refundable if the participant becomes seriously ill (with a medical certificate) or is excluded due to non-compliance with the course requirements. If cash has been paid, no administrative charge is applied. For card or bank transactions, an administrative fee of 15% will be deducted, which includes tax. Refunds are based on the number of days participated if leaving early for the valid reasons mentioned. No refunds are provided for resignation due to other reasons.

Full Course Fee: The remaining course fee is payable upon arrival at the Centre/Ashram before the course begins.
Refund Conditions:
Serious Illness: If the participant becomes seriously ill and provides a medical certificate of hospitalization, a refund for the remaining course fee is available.
Exclusion from Course: If the participant is excluded due to non-compliance with the Requirements for Participation, Code of Conduct, or Terms and Conditions of Payment, a refund for the remaining course fee is available.
Refund Deduction:
For payments made by card or bank transfer, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund, which includes 18% tax. For cash payments, no administrative charges will be deducted.
Refund Calculation:
If a participant must leave the course early for valid reasons (serious illness or exclusion), the refund will be calculated based on the number of days not participated in the course.
No refunds will be provided if the participant resigns for any other reason.
General Note: Students should ensure they can comply with all course Requirements for Participation, the Code of Conduct, and Terms and Conditions of Payment before making any payment.
